Wood pellets are a granular solid fuel made by compressing wood raw material. For compatible pellet stoves and boilers, assess diameter, moisture, ash and the appliance fuel specification together. The 6 and 8 mm options in the Kariwood pellet brochure must be read within their respective production scopes.

Moisture and ash content describe different fuel properties. Calorific value must also be read with its unit and measurement conditions. Values from different production scopes in the brochure should not be merged into a single performance promise. Request current documentation for a particular batch or certification requirement; a brochure alone does not establish company certification.

Pellet prices depend on diameter, required technical properties, packaging, quantity and delivery location. Share approximate tonnes or kilograms, buying frequency and destination. When comparing unit prices, check whether transport and packaging cover the same scope; different supply scopes should not be treated as the same pellet price.
