Darüşşafaka education donation: our Turkeybuild 2026 contribution
Made in our name at the fair, the donation goes toward a campus being rebuilt for children affected by the earthquake.
We took part in Yapı Fuarı Turkeybuild İstanbul 2026 as an exhibitor. As part of the fair, the organisers made an education donation to Darüşşafaka Cemiyeti in Kariwood's name. The donation supports a campus being rebuilt to give more children affected by the earthquake access to quality education.
Since 1863, Darüşşafaka Cemiyeti has worked on the principle of "Equal Opportunity in Education," bringing children without financial means into quality schooling. The document we received is the certificate of thanks for this contribution to the society's campus rebuild campaign.
Our work is timber; being part of a campus getting back on its feet this way is a reminder of what the value we produce means on the ground. We intend to keep being part of contributions like this.
